A 3,200 sq ft home on 82 acre ranch with a beautiful vineyard located 10 minutes from historic Columbia and 7 minutes from downtown shopping in Sonora. We have a big open concept spacious kitchen for the entire family to enjoy cooking and being together. Fruit trees out back. BBQ Grill out by the pool.

You are also 1 hour and 12 minutes from Yosemite. 53 minutes from Dodge Ridge skiing/snowboarding. 48 minutes from Pinecrest. 25 minutes from Murphys wine tasting. 46 minutes from Calaveras Big Trees State Park. We do also live on the property in another building, however, we completely give you your privacy and will only come up when needed or asked.
