Our light-flooded dream home Villa Cherry Tree (2182sqft) is available now.
Located on the water at a broad canal this dream home will created great memories for you! The lap pool for swimming and relaxing will be your favorite. Enjoy the house and the amenities (new in 2024) in a secluded area with a lot of nature and close to no neighbours. 3 bedrooms, 3 bath and an office. Fully equipped kitchen and a large lanai with lounge, outdoor dining area and sun loungers.
As you can see on the pictures we try to offer our guests a modern but still cosy house to make it special for you. 2x King and 2x Twin Beds are available.
You are close to a lot of dream beaches (20-30 min drive). All needed infrastructure is around the corner. Please contact me if you have any questions.

The pool can be heated and the cost is $100 per week. You should consider heating the pool between October and March depending on the weather.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Port Charlotte. The home was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was amazing and made the home feel spacious and easy to enjoy. We had a great time and truly appreciated the hospitality. Torsten was a great host with excellent communication throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this home!

Enjoyed the stay. House was clean and quiet with plenty of amenities. We loved having an espresso machine! Heated pool was nice although it is monitored by a camera.

Everything was just as described. We loved the pool and the canal view. Everything we needed was included; shark teeth sifters, umbrella, fishing pole, etc. The place was very clean and inviting. We would definitely stay again.
