Every room has been thoughtfully updated to create a fresh, comfortable space you'll love coming home to after a day in the sun. From the brand-new kitchen and thoughtfully renovated bathrooms to the new furnishings, lighting, windows, sliding glass doors, fresh paint throughout, and outdoor shower, every detail has been designed with your comfort in mind.
This ground-entry, two-story townhome comfortably accommodates families and small groups. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin trundle. A thoughtfully renovated full bathroom serves both bedrooms.
Downstairs, you'll find a spacious living room with all-new furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, dining for six, a convenient half bath with a new vanity, and a washer and dryer. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout your stay.
Spend your days enjoying Amelia Island's beautiful beaches, just a short stroll away. Since we've already stocked the home with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a beach wagon, all you need to bring is your swimsuit. Our family needed a place near my in-laws and this fit the bill perfectly. The proximity to the beach, the amenities, and the overall vibe was great. The check-in/out process was seamless and the beach gear credit was a nice touch.

Clean and fairly spacious two bedroom apartment, within a very short walk to the beach. Location was great, price was fair for the apartment. Nice for a small group, would like to have had one more full bath but for two to four people, it worked.

Rental is wonderful. Very close to beach just a short walk away. Great neighborhood. So much better than a hotel. All the comforts of home.Hopefully many visits to come back.

We loved our stay and the location! It was so awesome that this unit was equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, a beach wagon, and a baby pack n play! The location was quiet and a quick walk to the beach! The unit was super cute but the upstairs bathroom needed better detailed cleaning. There was hair on the sink counter along with some makeup build up in the corner and the tub looked roughed. It feels like it’s caked with soap scum and the bottom needs bleaching. Hair in the corner Of the floor too. Most everything else was pretty clean and it was a great stay!!
