Parking space available on the property and 1 in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed with a surcharge. Air conditioning is currently not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls.
The holiday flat Li Reza - Baita Cusini is located in Livigno and boasts beautiful mountain views. Located in the picturesque and peaceful surroundings of the Teola area, the 33 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi and a TV. The bedroom has 2 single beds. The living room has 1 sofa bed for 2 persons. The property includes a private balcony. The property also has access to a shared garden. Pedestrian and cycle path to the centre of Livigno can be reached in 10 minutes. There is a bus stop 150 metres away. 4 E-bikes are provided for an additional cost per item/day. 6 bikes are provided. (Bikes only in summer) The property has a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles. A ski room with boot warmers is available. Electric vehicle charging station available in the garage. Strict recycling rules: please check with the house owner on arrival. There is a laundry room with a shared dryer and washing machine. Ironing board and iron available on request. A cot and high chair are both available on request (and subject to availability).
The owner organises dinners in the Private Tavern for guests on Monday and Thursday evenings (December to April, July and August only). In addition, there is a SPA area with a stone steam bath, Finnish sauna, multi-sensory shower, jacuzzi and relaxation zone. (Only open from December to April, July and August). Beach/pool towels are provided.
