About this house rental
Pride in ownership shines throughout this renovated 1954 shore house classic. Non-Smoking Household 4 Bedroom 1 full bath, plus a generous sized outside shower with dressing room. This beauty has kept bits of its original charm along side upgrades for a coastal farmhouse feel. Original hardwood pine floors. Light and airy feeling stepping right off the pages of Pinterest.
Fresh, clean, and spacious. Generous sized kitchen with gas cooking, KitchenAid French Door refrigerator and large 1950's double bowl double drain board porcelain farmhouse sink. Refreshed bathroom with new flooring and tiles. 2 bedrooms on main floor with Hall bathroom and two bedrooms on the second floor.
Enclosed front porch is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing with a good book, sipping a glass of wine in the evening. Open the porch windows to feel those salty sea swept breezes and lower the glass when a storm blows.
After a day in the Summer sun the shaded rear patio beckens. Rocking chairs, Antique glider and a huge wooden farmhouse table all for your outdoor enjoyment. We have provided a gas grill for bbq-ing! A short 2 block walk or bike ride to the boardwalk and beach. 2 block walk to the bay. The NEW Carousel Museum has been built at the end of our street on the boardwalk! Soon the restored, Historic Merry-Go-Round will be coming back home to Seaside. Enjoy the rollercoaster and the ferris wheel on the Boardwalk Casino Pier (Summer months)! The FunTown end of the Seaside Heights Boardwalk is in the revival stage. Convenient walk to view Parades. We are located in the quiet north end, yet close enough to walk to everything. Close locale to Ortley. The Acme and CVS are a short walk away. Restaurants, Mini Golf, Boardwalk, Entertainment, Boating, Paddle boarding, fishing and crabbing are all at your finger tips. Everything is steps away, the beautiful beach, boardwalk, shops, bike and scooter rentals and restaurants. Take in the restaurants along the Boulevard. So many new places to enjoy.
Experience the sunrise on the beach and the stunning sunset over the bay with just a short walk. Collect the shells, go paddle boarding on the bay, boat on the bay, long walks on the beach... have a great stay! Our home is meant for soaking in seashore memories and relaxation.
Off Street parking for 3 cars, fenced rear yard.
Rowdy, loud, party crowds need not apply. We do not accept prom or grad groups due to respect for our neighbors. Minimum age to rent is 28 yrs or older. We are licensed and inspected by Seaside Heights Borough yearly.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was roomy and very clean. The back yard was perfect for the kids and for outside meals. The location was very convenient to the beach, pier and grocery store. We would love to stay again!

Overall it was a very good property in an excellent location. Street was quiet and there was not a lot of noise - even though we were so close to the boardwalk. Off street parking was good. The back patio was wonderful and we appreciated and used the beach chairs and some of the toys. The BBQ grill was great. We also really enjoyed the outdoor shower - which somewhat helped make up for only having one bathroom. I would stay here again. A couple of downsides for people to be aware of: I found having to order linens from a supplier (or bring your own) super annoying. I would have been happy to have paid more not to have to deal with it. No dishwasher and no clothes dryer were two conveniences we missed. The air condition was ok, but the two upstairs bedrooms didn't have any control. Apparently it's tied to the full time tenants' unit?But overall - a very good place to stay.

The house was really amazing, love the bedrooms, kitchen, living room. The patio and outdoor shower are amazing. There is only one bathroom in the house, but it is fixed up very nice.
