4. Damage Reporting: Accidents happen. Should any damages occur, we request that you inform us immediately.
5. No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted on the property.
6. Guest Restrictions: Access to the unit is limited to authorized guests only, unless prior approval is obtained.
7. Security Cameras and Noise Monitoring: To ensure guest safety, we've installed security cameras in public areas like hallways and added a noise detector in the apartment.
8. Neighborhood Courtesy and Quiet Hours: Be considerate of your neighbors by refraining from making loud noises after 10:00 PM. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.
9. Linen Care: We ask that you keep all bed sheets, linens, and towels clean. Any items found to be damaged, stained, or otherwise requiring replacement will be charged at retail price.
10. Energy Conservation: Please ensure all electronic devices such as the TV, lights, fans, AC/heating units, etc., are turned off upon checkout.
11. Checkout Policy: Guests must depart by their scheduled checkout time. Delays that impede our housekeeping staff may result in additional fees.

Sweet apartment ideally located to downtown Philadelphia. Quiet, first-floor walkup with very good appliances (fridge, washer/dryer). The host’s communication in the lead up to and during our rental was exceptional. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice apartment. It’s basically but sufficiently furnished and the location is ideal. It’s walking distance to just about everything in Center City Philadelphia. Be aware that it’s on the second floor of a building with no elevator. That should not be an issue except for anyone with mobility issues. Also, the 10:00 AM check-out time is enforced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this apartment.

We stayed for 6 nights over Christmas week and it was perfect. Great location, sweet apartment. Had everything we needed. Clean and neat as a pin.
