Look at our spacious and well-appointed 1,000 sq. ft. condo on the 8th floor 8A with breathtaking views of the Gulf of America! The Gulf Tower is located 1.4 miles west of Highway 59.
We also have a second property if your dates are not available for a stay at The Leeway.

Sunroom/balcony with sliding glass doors provides privacy and yearlong enjoyment of ocean. Watch the dolphins, wide variety of coastal birds, sunrises and unbelievable sunsets from the comfort of your balcony - warm or cool - rain or shine. This is a perfect spot to sit back, relax and take in the awesome view.
Our beautiful private end unit on the 8th floor offers fantastic ocean views of glistening water and sunshine from the sunroom/balcony, living room, kitchen, hallway, and guest bedroom. Large Master bedroom looks out to the beautiful blue water of the Lagoon luxury linens, ceiling fan and private bath. The Guest bedroom has a Queen Size bed, premium bedding, TV and ceiling fan with bathroom just across the hall.
The Oceanfront Living Room is a spacious open floor plan and has a LED TV. Perfect place for family time or to just relax and listen to the ocean waves. THE CONDO HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE WI-FI for your computer needs.
You will love our beachside pool too - Pool chairs are already there waiting for you to enjoy but please do not leave remove from the pool area.
Do not leave any personal chairs in the breezeway or they will be disposed of.

Great ocean front condo. The balcony is equipped with sliding doors that gives a wonderful option to either keep the slider closed or open while sitting on the balcony. This is a great use of this space!

Can’t find a better place to stay at Gulf Shores,or any Gulf places. Perfect location, access to the private beach, very comfortable place, awesome balcony. That’s our second stay here, definitely we will be back. Highly recommended.

It was miserable. Upon arriving at the condo there was a foul order. By Sunday I had determined the smell was coming from the area rug in the living room. I sent the owner, Jill Lee an email telling her and asked if I could call housekeeping and have the rug removed. Instead she sent a friend that lived in the complex with deodorizers and carpet cleaner. We found the spot upon lifting the rug. Someone had spilled milk and it had soured and stunk to high heavens. Monday Tuesday and Wednesday I tried different things that Jill asked me to try but never could get the stink completely out. I have asked for a refund. We will see how that goes. I feel sorry for whoever is coming in today for the week. Jill really should have had the rug removed like I asked her to in the beginning. Not a good week for us at this condo. Certainly didn’t get what I paid for.
