TRULY THE BEST LOCATION IN THE CITY! Gorgeous NEW in 2019 1+ bedroom Mid-century Modern private Guest House, available nightly (5-night minimum stay required), weekly or monthly. Convenient Uptown, Minneapolis location in the scenic and historic East Isles neighborhood, just a few blocks from Lake of the Isles. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. We love longer stays and offer deep discounts for stays of 28 nights or longer!
Rental car optional - you're within easy walking distance to EVERYTHING Uptown has to offer: award-winning restaurants, neighborhood bars, biking/walking trails and beaches, bicycle, canoe, kayak & pedal boat rentals, wind surfing, shopping, theaters, live music, grocery stores, coffee shops, salons, spas, banks and bus stops, all within a short walk from your door at Isles Inn Uptown! Truly a walker’s and biker's paradise!
This bright and sunny newer 2-story private apartment is conveniently located at the back of our beautifully renovated 114-year-old private residence and has its own PRIVATE ENTRANCE with security system, high vaulted ceilings in the 1st floor living room, featuring a cozy gas fireplace and 55” 4K UHD flatscreen Smart TV, Blu Dot Bank Queen pull-out sleeper sofa, and 3/4 bath with shower. The dining area seats 4 and is next to our FULLY EQUIPPED Chefs kitchen, with stainless steel appliances including a large side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, gas range/oven, convection microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal, plus a shared outdoor BBQ grille. But, with so many great restaurants, deli, take-out and coffee shops within a few blocks, who wants to eat in?
The grand spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor Master Bedroom suite with its comfy Queen bed and heated mattress pad, Blackout Window Shades, Heywood-Wakefield dresser, nightstands, Artemide Tolomeo bedside reading lamps and a 60” 4K UHD flatscreen Smart TV with Blu-Ray DVD player. The large closet hides a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The 2nd floor Master Bath features a full tub with shower, and plenty of storage space. Our free stacked washer/dryer finishes off the 2nd floor.
Additional amenities central heat and air conditioning, cozy gas fireplace, free secure high-speed wi-fi guest network, and free overnight on-street parking. Plus, shared use of our gas BBQ grill and outdoor seating on our front porch, overlooking our amazing flower and sculpture gardens.

Stellar Experience. From booking through checkout the whole experience was top notch. Kent was a gracious host and this rental has everything you need for your stay. Great location, clean!, comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen and many more touches made this an amazing vacation booking.

My stay was great. Kent, the owner, was very nice and available if I needed anything. At the same time I had my privacy. He provided the unit with everything you would want and more. While I didn't do any cooking on this visit, I do like to cook when I am somewhere for a longer time. The kitchen here would provide me with every thing I would need - which rarely happens. The interior and colors were very attractive and went well with the architecture. I look forward to my next visit.Linda Rude Regarding the interior it is very nice. The colors are great. Uptown East Isles is conveniently located by the uptown restaurants and walking / biking trails that can take you around the lakes and Minneapolis. Kent is a great host. He was quick to respond to any questions and met us upon arrival to give a tour of the rental, which is equipped with every possible necessity and convenience. My wife and I spent 4 weeks comfortably and hope to return when back in the area.
