In a central and animated district, this comfortable and nicely decorated apartment will be ideal for your next stay in Paris.
This charming 50 sq. m apartment is situated on the ground floor and includes :
- a nice living-room with a sofa bed,
- a bedroom with double bed,
- a nice bathroom with shower,
- a perfectly equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer)
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment, hairdryer,
- Wifi, TV, satellite, DVD player.
Please note that renovation work is currently underway on the building opposite the property.
Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

By staying in the 11th arrondissement, in Porte Saint-Denis district, you will be at the heart of one of the most trendy and animated districts of the capital. Plenty of designers boutiques, restaurants, bars, animations… will be accessible by foot. You will also be able to stroll along Saint Martin canal, one of the favorite places from Parisian people to meet and chill, especially on the nice days, or to join bu foot the Marais, Montorgueuil district, Montmartre as well as Notre-Dame. You will just need a metro ride to join the historic center, Père Lachaise cemetery, the Place de la Bastille, and also Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower and all the most famous monuments that have made Paris' fame and contribute to making it the most beautiful city of the world.

From Gare de l’Est → 20 min by foot or 10 min by transports
From Gare du Nord → 25 min by foot or 10 min by transports
