Situated in the peaceful Calgary NW community of Hidden Valley.
This home has 1800+ sq ft. of total living space (this includes the developed basement)
3 Bedrooms on the upper floor
A fully developed basement with a Rec area and a spare room that can either be used as a bedroom or study.
The Master Bedroom is en-suite with programmable heated floors in the bathroom for those cold winter days.

Lovely pot lights installed on the main floor, in the master bedroom and the basement.
Programmable thermostat.
Hardwood flooring on the main floor. Brand new Vinyl plank on the top floor.
This is a beautiful home. The front of the house faces east so you see the sun rise from the Master bedroom. The back of the house is west facing so you can see the sunset from the kitchen or preferably from the deck on a nice summer day.
Lots of renovations
1. Newly renovated kitchen
2. All new furniture, bedding, utensils etc
3. Newly restored and painted fence
4. New fixtures in all bathrooms
5. All new interior paint
20 Minutes drive to downtown.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this residence! The ambiance was delightful, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided, making our time here both comfortable and enjoyable. My family and I cherished the quality moments we shared in this lovely space. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Very nice property and suitable for our need. We are traveling with toddler and babies and it’s great to find a crib, a high chair and a diaper genie in the closet. There is even a box of toys The area is very quite and close to many grocery stores. We just park on the street in front of the house. The rooms are big enough and great to have multiple bathrooms. We will recommend and will stay here again next time when we visit again.
