About this villa rental
Located at Palm Island Resort on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast. No bridges or causeways to the island exist, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting.
The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island.
Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
Enjoy access to one of the 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills.
Tennis courts available for play and always complimentary.
Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas.
A full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters.

Beautiful, relaxing. The only thing that was disturbing was the contractors starting work on the stair cases below us at 8am. It went from peaceful to noise

The unit we stayed in, while needing updating, was clean and sufficient for our needs. The beaches are beautiful & the staff was friendly (mostly), but there were a couple of issues that will prevent us from returning. First of all, the restaurants (both on and off the island) were not good. The food was edible...that's it. In addition, the restaurants are old, dingy, dirty, & musty. We requested to sit outside b/c the smell made us feel ill. Since these are the only restaurants available (besides some local places w/o good reviews) I would suggest planning to cook all your own meals (not very fun on vacation, though). Also, when we were leaving, there were no golf carts available to get us as the person on duty the night before had forgotten to plug them in. Instead of using the golf carts available for rent, we either had to wait an hour or walk quite a ways w/all our bags in the heat. Not the best management. It all seems like management issues to me. We will go somewhere else next time.
