We returned again to this wonderful villa for the 6th time, albeit for only 6 nights this time. Beds are comfortable. Love the games room and the upstairs themed rooms.Pool deck is great. The welcome pack is indeed very welcome. Everything thought of. Thank you Kristine.

We rented the Sunset Memories Villa for an inaugural blended family vacation. There were 10
adults and one child. The villa was the best option for our group because of its proximity to Disney and the amenities at the home and complex. The villa was clean and furnished very well. We throughly enjoyed the private pool
and game room. The welcome bag was a nice touch and included some snacks and necessities. There were plenty of paper towel, soap, TP, etc., to get us started. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The community pool, gym, and activity center were very clean and fun to use. Having 2 front load washing machines and dryers was very useful and allowed us to pack less. The communication with our host was A++++++. Response time to email inquiries was minutes!!! I will definitely stay again!!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Sunset Villa from December 1–10, and it exceeded every expectation! Our group of eight—four adults and four children—felt completely at home. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and spacious enough for everyone to relax comfortably.
Traveling with three children who have special needs (including one with strict dietary requirements), the fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver. The private pool and jacuzzi were the highlight of the trip—our kids loved them so much that, even though we visited Disney and Universal, their favorite memories came from swimming and soaking in the hot tub!
The resort amenities were an incredible bonus. The clubhouse, water park, and community pool were fantastic, and the kids adored the free craft activities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—even helping inflate a pool float!
Kristine, the property owner, was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and a joy to work with. Communication was seamless from start to finish. We would rate this property 11/10 and can’t wait to return—honestly, we’d skip the theme parks next time just to enjoy this amazing villa and resort amenities. Highly recommend Sunset Villa for families looking for comfort, convenience, and unforgettable memories!

Our family of eight (including two children under 18) had an absolutely incredible stay at this villa—it was hands down the best accommodation we’ve experienced in over 10 villa visits across the last decade!
The location is perfect: close to shops, parks, golf courses, and all the famous Florida attractions, yet it offers complete comfort if you want a relaxing rest day. The games room is a fantastic spot to chill out, and there are plenty of different areas to retreat to if you need a little space from the rest of the family.
The view from the pool is stunning, and everything in the villa is in immaculate condition. The mattresses deserve a special mention—they were so comfortable that if I could have fit one in my suitcase, I would have!
The owners clearly know what they’re doing. Communication was excellent, and all the booklets, information, and house rules were easy to find and presented in a way that felt helpful, never preachy. Everything was covered: great Wi-Fi, perfectly heated pool, and all the little details that make a stay stress-free.
After long days hitting the coasters, this villa was the ideal place to come back and relax with the family. We couldn’t have wished for better. I would recommend this property a thousand times over—thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!
