About this apartment rental
Apartment with a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and especially a shaded loggia of 10 m², 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom and 1 WC independent.
The apartment was redone this winters:
. Installing an air conditioning
. Bathroom completely redone with shower and vanity new
. Ground redone
. Brand new master bedroom (140).
. Paintings redone.
View of the garden of the residence and the pool.
The residence is secured, as well as the parking area where a place is reserved for the apartment.
Direct access to the beach at 100 m without the need for a vehicle.
Bike path to St Tropez 5 km.
Giant Supermarket reachable on foot.
Ditto for Port Grimaud and Port Cogolin.
Internet access and private wifi network only for the apartment.
Attention, we do not provide the sheets because we can not manage their cleaning. Remember to take yours. On the other hand, you will find blankets if necessary.

The area is very nice, but bring bicycles because the costal road is crowed at every hour of the day, especially on weekends. Cycling tracks are not great but better than nothing.
Our apartment was not cleaned up for the delay in leaving of the previous guests, which was a bit strange given we arrived 7pm.
The rooms were rather warm as the aircon didn’t quite get there from the living room (bring a fan)
After all, given the price it was ok.
