About this house rental
This 1 bedroom holiday home replaces an old cowshed, hence the name. It has all the benefits of its rural location with all the modern facilities you may wish for and stunning views from the private roof terrace (access by internal stairs only). In the distance you can see the Adriatic Sea on a clear day.
1 kingsize bedroom en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and shower over, bidet and toilet.
In the open plan country style living space there is a fireplace, full kitchen and stairs leading up to the roof terrace.
There is also an extra single bed and a an extra separate toilet with bidet.
Outside furniture provided.
The apartment is situated in a very strategic place very near Locorotondo and Alberobello, and only 25 minutes drive away from the nearest beach.

We had everything we needed at this apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the quiet, country atmosphere. As it turned out, we never met our host, Ivette, but she responded immediately to any questions that we asked via email. The wifi was excellent. We felt well looked after. It was a comfortable driving distance to Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino and Martina Franca. We would recommend the Old Cowshed on the Hill. This was our first stop from Canada.
