A spectacular waterfront property! Privately situated at the end of a quiet lane, this home sits on a lush two acres featuring commanding views and frontage on Follins Pond/Bass River with a circular drive way. Enter the front door and be struck by the open grand room featuring cathedral ceilings, and windows overlooking the large patio, beautiful lawn, and fabulous view of the waters. The one level house has 8 rooms with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Enjoy beautiful views of the water from almost every room in the house. The kitchen and a guest bathroom were completely remodeled in 2019. New high efficient Fujitsu Air Conditioning Systems were installed for the whole house in 2019 as well. There is a TV in entertainment room and another TV in master bedroom.
The property includes a sandy beach that is great for swimming. A canoe, two kayaks, and numerous other water accessories including beach chairs, lifejackets, and paddles are also provided.
Additionally, the property includes a dock and a boathouse with a full bath right on the edge of the water with a newly built deck around.

We had a great time at the house during a week at the end of August. The space was large and accommodated both adults and kids in the family. And everyone really enjoyed the pond and time by the water.

The property was beautiful and surrounding area provided so much for our family to do. We loved exploring the lake. The crabs by the dock were a hit with the kids! The home was perfect for our family. We'd go back today if we could.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful views of the lake watching boats go by everyday. Plenty of room in the house. Well equipped with everything. Lots of privacy on the dead end street. Would recommend!
