About this cottage rental
Nestled in a valley with unobstructed views of the Velay Mountains, this welcoming cottage will be the perfect place to gather with friends or family.
In a peaceful setting, surrounded by beautiful flowers, the Epicéas et Digitales cottage is located in the heart of the classified meadows and volcanoes of Mézenc, slightly set back from the small village of Freycenet-Lacuche.
Surrounded by fields, the property includes the cottage and its large, unfenced plot (2,700 m²) as well as an adjoining cottage, not overlooked. The surroundings are shared and not separated, but outdoor spaces (dining and relaxation areas) are provided for each guest for true comfort.
Nearby: Les Estables (7 km) (winter sports resort, paragliding), Le Monastier (12 km) (church, abbey castle, museum of popular beliefs, bungee jumping at the Recoumène viaduct, brass festival, all shops and services). The entrance is on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find a large kitchen-dining area and a mezzanine living room with a large TV.
On the first floor, there are 5 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90 cm) and 1 double bed
- 2 bedrooms with 1 king-size bed each
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (80 cm) (or 1 queen-size bed + 1 single bed, depending on your needs).
3 bedrooms have their own private bathroom and toilet. The 4th and 5th bedrooms share a bathroom (ideal for parents and children).
Services included:
- Electric heating included in the price.
- Free Wi-Fi.
- Baby equipment: crib, high chair, bathtub, changing table, bottle warmer.
For your social gatherings, fondue and raclette sets are available in the cottage.
Additional services:
