T2 apartment of 38 M2 (+a loggia balcony of 5 M2) direct view of the beach and sea not overlooked, 10 meters from the long sandy beach and 100 meters from the Mediterranean square with very little nuisance in the city center.

- An entrance - A main room with sofa bed for two people, 105 cm TV, table extendable up to 6 people, 4 chairs, a 3-door sideboard, a breakfast area facing the sea with snack bar and 4 stools, washing machine, small refrigerator, free WIFI, Plancha, raclette machine
- A kitchen area with 4 gas burners, 2-in-1 electric microwave oven, electric coffee maker, equipment for 5 covers
- A bathroom refurbished in January 2023 with 1 washbasin unit, a shower, a programmable electric towel dryer (tutorial on the internet), a toilet
- Hot water production: electric and autonomous hot water tank installed in January 2023
