Unparalleled panoramic view over the entire beach to Helgoland and the "Long Anna". Apartment Lange Anna - fantastic sea view on the North Sea.
The beautiful apartment not only offers a gigantic view that reaches as far as Heligoland, you can even clearly see the famous rock "Lange Anna" in good visibility.
The dream apartment is located on the top floor of the house monopoly directly on the upper beach promenade. You are thus very close to the Wangeroogers town center and also in the middle of the island happenings.
There are only a few apartments on the German North Sea, which offer you a breathtaking view of the beach life. The large balcony, the window front and the location gives you more proximity to the sea.
You will not only see the beach life and the sea surf, but also the famous lighthouses "Alte Weser" and "Roter Sand" and the shipping traffic.
Through the large window front, the apartment from the living room, the kitchen and the bedroom is completely flooded with light.
Not only do you sleep with the sound of the sea and a beautiful sunset, but wake up with an unforgettable sunrise.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed that can keep up with every bed in terms of comfort.
The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower.
In one of the highest and most desirable apartments Wangerooges are welcome up to 4 people.
This apartment is a Non smoking apartment, dogs are welcome guests.
The apartment was completely renovated in early2018 and renovated.
Note: In the house monopoly there is a swimming pool, which can be used by the guests. However, the swimming pool is not fully open all year round.
The house has a lift. However, this is not ground level. To reach the lift and to reach the apartment some steps have to be used. Dream location directly on the beach at Cafe Pudding.

Angefangen mit den Buchungsmodalitäten über die Betreuung vor Ort bis hin zur Abwicklung am Abreisetag haben wir uns bei Ihnen/dem Team Immo-Oog zu jeder Zeit in allerbesten Händen gefühlt, dafür sagen wir ganz herzlichen Dank!
Die Ferienwohnung „Lange Anna“ hat uns (und unseren Hund) restlos begeistert! Seit vielen Jahren ist die Insel Wangerooge unsere „2. Heimat“, aber die „Lange Anna“ im Haus Monopol ist mit Abstand die schönste Wohnung, die wir je kennengelernt haben!
Bis ins kleinste Detail ist die Wohnung und auch die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was dem Wohlbefinden dienlich sein kann, die Aussicht ist grandios und auch bei „norddeutschem Schietwetter“ (Urlaub im Februar) fühlt man sich wie Zuhause. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen, haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne bald wieder!

Eine schöne, toll ausgestattete Wohnung mit absolut schönem Ausblick auf die Nordsee.
Gefehlt haben uns nur eine Kissenauswahl und am nächsten Morgen ein Brotkorb, um das Frühstück am Meer perfekt zu machen.

Wir waren vom 13. bis 27.07.2019 in dieser herrlichen Ferienwohnung und waren so stark begeistert, dass wir auch gleich für den Sommer 2020 diese Wohnung gebucht haben. Nicht nur die Ausstattung ist einmalig schön, geschmackvoll und luxuriös, auch der Blick vom sehr großen Balkon auf den Strand und das Meer haben uns fasziniert.
