The accommodation comprises the left hand ground floor with the owners living above. You have full use of the beautiful garden which offers a 180 degree vista over olive trees to the rolling Umbrian countryside, including views of Massa and Todi. While set in deeply rural surroundings the house is wonderfully well located, 10 minutes from a main road and with good access to all the many marvels that Unbria holds.
