About this villa rental
This new villa sleeps 6 people and has 3 bedrooms. The villa is located in the Woonwaterrijck neighborhood. Here, you’ll be staying right on the water, and the center of the charming Eleven Cities town of Stavoren is just around the corner.
The villa features modern furnishings with a warm retro touch. The many windows all around offer views of the surrounding water. You can relax on the spacious wooden deck right on the waterfront.
From the terrace, you can also use the pool ladder and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In the backyard, you’ll also find a spacious lounge sofa, beach chairs, and a large veranda with a dining table, patio heater, and BBQ.
Your backyard features a hardwood deck that’s over 17 meters wide and about 8 meters deep. An electric aluminum boat from the “Van Vossen” brand is available for your use, allowing you to explore the Frisian waters quietly and eco-friendly for much of the year. It’s the ideal way to unwind and enjoy the surroundings and your company.
The villa features a living room with underfloor heating and an open-concept kitchen with a cooking island. The island is large enough for everyone to gather comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the luxuries, including, in addition to the refrigerator, a built-in cooktop with an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a water faucet with a built-in kettle. There is also a sound system that you can control via Bluetooth.
The bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds and air conditioning. There is a spacious double master bedroom that also features a generous workspace (you’ll need to bring your own equipment). The other two bedrooms each have two beds. In one bedroom, the beds are placed side by side with nightstands on either side, and in the other bedroom, they are separated by a nightstand.
The bathroom features a double sink, heated floors, a heated mirror, a second toilet, and a second shower. (The first one is located outside.)
In the utility room/storage area, you’ll find an extra refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a washing machine and dryer. There’s also plenty of space here for your personal belongings. For example, you can store and charge your own (electric) bicycles here.
Inside the villa, you can use Wi-Fi, and there are also several wired Ethernet ports available, including at the workspace in the master bedroom.
On the villa’s private property, you can park two cars for free, and there is a charging station for an electric car.
The villa is located in a waterfront neighborhood (not a park) with villas used for both recreational and permanent residence. The fact that the villa and the surrounding homes are also permitted for permanent residence is reflected in the quality of the homes, all of which comply with building codes. Every home in the neighborhood is different, though all are inspired by the traditional fishermen’s cottages built in Stavoren, with a pointed-roof cottage serving as the basis. As a result, from an urban planning perspective, the homes in this neighborhood form a harmonious whole.

The property was perfect. The only slight problem was the weather which did not permit us to enjoy all the outdoor facilities which the property has to offer. The electric boat is a major attraction of the property which enabled us to venture into the smaller canals in almost total silence - only the lapping of the water against the hull - a very special experience!

We – a group of six friends – spent a long weekend in this beautiful holiday home in Stavoren and absolutely loved our stay. The house is stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing time away.The layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with three cozy bedrooms and a bright, open living area that made us feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy cooking together, and the heated veranda was perfect for cozy evenings, even when the weather was a bit chilly.The location is ideal – peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the IJsselmeer. One of the highlights of our stay was having access to a boat, which gave us a wonderful way to explore the surroundings from the water.Communication with the hosts, Diedert and Anita, was excellent. They were warm, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.We wholeheartedly recommend this lovely home and are already looking forward to coming back!
