The property was very nice. I would stay here again.

Chris is a great host, the place was very clean and accommodating for my families stay. There was one down side, even though the unit is on the first floor there are about 3-4 deep steps going up and then about 5-6 steps going down to get to the unit . I had my 82 year old grandmother here for the stay so we managed with walking around the right side of the building in the grass area. There was no way she could walk those steps with her COPD. I did ask ahead of time was the unit on the first floor , once the owner said yes I thought no more about it. Other than that I have absolutely nothing to say it was a great stay and if I had to rent again in the future for other family members I would .

It was okay. Not as clean as I would like. Didn't like cameras recording in the apartment. Upstairs tenants were a little loud at times. Overall, it was okay for two nights.
