The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The accommodation also includes a separate apartment featuring a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom that accommodates 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
This villa offers a private outdoor space with a pool (open 24/7), as well as an open and covered terrace.
The property is conveniently located near the beach. Supermarkets are just a 3-minute drive away, and the beaches can be reached in 10 minutes. Restaurants are also close by, ranging from 3 to 10 minutes away and Denia city center is easily accessible, only 5 minutes from the property.

Pros: We have just spent an unforgettable vacation in a beautiful holiday home in Denia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning view of the town and the soothing sight of the water stretching out to the horizon. The house itself was a gem. The spacious and well-decorated interior combined comfort and elegance in the most charming way. But it was the numerous outdoor areas that truly made a difference. The private pool invited refreshing dips throughout the day, while the shaded pergola was a wonderful spot for the afternoon.Our holiday experience was further enhanced by the absolutely fantastic host. He was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, making us feel even more comfortable and welcome in his home. His hospitality exceeded all our expectations and contributed significantly to the unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this holiday home in Denia to anyone and look forward to returning to this beautiful place.
