"Dos Coquis" - Walk to the Beach with this perfect island home away from home!

I cannot begin to say how restful and amazing Dos Coqui's was. There were wild horses, chickens, crabs, iguanas, and more. Ron had excellent AC and WiFi and was very quick to respondand and offer awesome suggestions for events on the island. Full kitchen and ALL beach supplies were there for use.

Ron was so accommodating and helpful during our stay. The location was amazing and the short walk to la chata beach for the sunrise was the icing on the cake. The couch could use a replacing, but the beds were comfortable and the water pressure and temperature were perfect. We would definitely stay at any of Ron's properties again. The pool was a great addition.

This was our second trip to Dos Coquis and it is just perfect for my husband and I. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, located outside of town so that we can get supplies on our way back home from our day. The kitchen is well stocked with all that you need to make meals, the washer and dryer are a bonus and the pool is fun to take a dip in at any time of day. The carport has a couch and hammock and the pool area has a little deck, so the house is 2 rooms bigger! The best part is that the ice cream truck comes each week to the neighborhood! I highly recommend Dos Coquis - just not when we want it!!!

The house is really nice and has cute decorations٫it was really amazing the first three days. however the security camera (next to pool) did not work and we found out the hard way. We noticed people kept coming onto the property and playing in the pool. We found our waters and Malta's scattered all over the pool area from people coming in and partying whenever we left the property. we also had some of our things stolen from alcohol to hats٫ gaming devices and headphones. Found our foods we bought٫ eaten and thrown around the kitchen. When telling the owner how we were harrassed he commented he didnt know how people were getting in. They kept coming back to the house and the third time they came my brothers floatie for the pool was stabbed multiple times٫ Our bug candles/sprays were thrown around the property. We were told٫ im sorry ٫to report to the police (which we did) and i dont understand how this is happening. Not only that but i guess the owner doesnt have the pool cleaners schedule٫ so management is very questionable. It was a nice house but for my fiancé's first vacation this was really scary /frustrating. We (mom٫ brother and I) have been coming to this island since i was little٫ my parents grew up here. Never have we ever experienced this. I feel there could have been more said and done to at least make us feel better from the owners part. i have no more space to type anything else. All i hope at this point is he makes some Safe security changes for future renters.
