The Space:
A new and modern 2-story, 5-bedroom home across the street from the southern end of Lake Como, guests will not only enjoy serene lake views day and night but will also be close in proximity to downtown Lake Geneva with eclectic options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The blue waters of Geneva Lake immediately south of the home are wide open for all your desired boating and watersport adventures, whether you’re taking a leisurely sunset tour of the lake or renting your own vessel to explore the shores yourself. Spend your day perched on the sandy beaches that surround either lake, basking in the plentiful summer sun. Back closer to home, you’ll be within walking distance of 2 fabulous restaurants – The Getaway at Lake Como and Mars Resort – allowing you the blissful option of leaving the car behind for a change. Lake Geneva also comes alive in the colder months, showcasing stunning winter festivals, ice fishing, skiing, and so much more. Regardless of the reason or the season, Como Vista is the place to be to experience it all!

Stepping into the home’s stylish interior, you’ll be greeted by soaring vaulted ceilings and large picture windows illuminating spaces in natural light. The open concept keeps conversation and connectivity flowing, never leaving anyone behind. Relax in the living room on plush sofa seating, taking in panoramic lake views while streaming episodes of your favorite show on the smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for whatever your culinary aspirations. Grab a seat at the counter to help with meal preparation or enjoy a delicious spread of afternoon hors d’oeuvres. You’ll have the option of taking your meals indoors at the elegant dining table with seating for 8, or al fresco on the deck with seating for 6. This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

- Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin trundle, and a smart TV.
- Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
- Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
- Please be advised that unauthorized vehicles parked in neighboring restaurant parking lots will be towed at the owner's expense.
- Please note that the home is served by a well, water softener, and iron filter. Even with the appropriate treatment, it will be different than city water if that is what you are used to.
- Como Vista is a sister property to Como Cabin, and both can be rented together to accommodate larger groups.
- This home is equipped with a Ring camera system on the exterior, monitoring the front door.
- Garage not available for guest use.
- Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
- The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

Local beaches include Big Foot Beach State Park, with trails and picnic areas. The Lake Geneva Shore Path is over 20 miles long and offers views of historical estates on one side with clear blue waters and tranquil views on the other. You’ll be sure to catch sight of a sailboat or antique vessel as they drive by across the pristine waters. Be sure to time your evening right to catch a stunning sunset from anywhere along the shore path. With so many things to do and see, you’ll want to visit Lake Geneva over and over again!
