The Space:
Located right across the street from the southern end of Lake Como, guests of this 4-bedroom home will not only enjoy serene lake views right from the spacious outdoor deck, you’ll also be close in proximity to downtown Lake Geneva with eclectic options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The blue waters of Geneva Lake immediately south of the home are waiting to host all your boating and watersport adventures, whether you’re taking a leisurely sunset tour of the lake or renting your own vessel to explore the shores yourself. Back closer to home, you’ll be within walking distance of 2 fabulous restaurants – The Getaway at Lake Como and Mars Resort – allowing you the blissful option of leaving the car behind for a change. End your days gathered around the backyard firepit, enjoying casual conversation and maybe even a sweet treat under the glittering sky.

The home’s interior isn’t shy on experiences either, with multiple rooms offering options for both relaxation and entertainment. Your guests will enjoy finding their own private spaces to spread out, including the added bonus of a separate guest home at the back of the property. You will be immersed in the cabin vibe as soon as you step through the door, taking note of the warm wood accents and nature-inspired décor. Curl up on the plush living room sofa and armchair seating while you catch up on episodes of your favorite show on the smart TV, the electric fireplace keeping you warm and toasty. Steps away, the lounge is illuminated in natural light courtesy of the large picture windows offering views around the property. Host cocktail hour at the bar or gather the crew together for a game of cards at the chic table with seating for 8. The modern, updated kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and striking cabinetry well-stocked with cookware and dining ware for whatever your culinary aspirations.

But we’re not done just yet! The hours will pass by quickly in the game room, stocked with fun-filled options the whole family will love. Whether you’re into entertainment of the digital variety at the stand-up arcade game or seated table, or prefer to take down the competition through skill and precision on the shuffleboard table, no dull moments will be had here. This home comfortably sleeps 13 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room of the main home, and 1 bedroom in the guest home. The guest home also offers a full-sized sleeper sofa.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-twin bunkbed with a twin trundle.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-twin bunkbed with a twin trundle.

Bedroom #4 is located in the guest home and includes a king size bed.

The home also includes 4 full guest bathrooms (3 in the main home and 1 in the guest home), each including a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
• Please be advised that unauthorized vehicles parked in neighboring restaurant parking lots will be towed at the owner's expense. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• Como Cabin is a sister property to Como Vista, and both can be rented together to accommodate larger groups.
• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

Local beaches include Big Foot Beach State Park, with trails and picnic areas. The Lake Geneva Shore Path is over 20 miles long and offers views of historical estates on one side with clear blue waters and tranquil views on the other. You’ll be sure to catch sight of a sailboat or antique vessel as they drive by across the pristine waters. Be sure to time your evening right to catch a stunning sunset from anywhere along the shore path. With so many things to do and see, you’ll want to visit Lake Geneva over and over again!
