Casa Stella is a house on two levels located in the historic center of Varenna. The house with an ancient structure was completely renovated in 2022 with a modern style and high quality finishes.
Its central location makes it the ideal place to experience Varenna in its entirety with its proximity to its lake, ferries, boats, but also bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, clubs, shops…. Exactly where you would like to be in Varenna!
The house is on two floors with a garden and a large equipped terrace where you can spend the summer evenings savoring the local cuisine and sipping excellent Italian wine at sunset. The property is accessed from a private courtyard typical of the alleys of Varenna. You are greeted by a large living area where the refined style of the furnishings and the exposed wooden ceiling make the environment refined and particularly welcoming. The fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable armchairs where you can relax after lunch and the large window that leads directly onto the terrace, complete the living room. On the lower floor reached via the internal staircase, there is the double bedroom, the second bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with large shower, all characterized by original stone ceilings and fine wooden furniture. From the lower floor there is direct access to the garden which completes the structure.
Casa Stella has all the comforts: Wifi, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, oven, food processor, microwave, washer/dryer, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and everything needed for full use. It can accommodate 4 people - smoking is prohibited internally - pets are not allowed -
