KITCHEN: Fridge freezer, 2 electric plattes, microwave, mini oven. SANITARY: bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. Separate WC. TV. Important: this residence is quiet and family-friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families. The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the co-ownership of the residence and normally open from 19/06 to 30/09, according to the meteo.
Deposit 250 € + 50 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. maximum, the reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 € agreed in writing.
