The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Paid garage parking is available for a max of 2 vehicles (NOT included in the cost of lodging). STR license # 024742

The location is amazing right at the base of the mountain walking distance to the gondola. Are you gonna add everything we needed. Lots of communication ahead of time so that we were able to show up and get ourselves checked in. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife, daughter, and I had a wonderful first trip as a family here. My brother-in-law tagged along to ski and help with childcare. A family-friendly adventure that we won't soon forget!

We love staying here! Such a convenient location for kids/families, this unit was super clean, too, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Hot tub/pool were out of service, and some folks in the building indicated that it’s been for a while. Not a deal breaker for us but helpful to know for packing and telling littles ahead of time not to expect it.
