The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025,
for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation
Deck renovation project.
Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and Kapiolani Park from the lanai (balcony)
of this high-level suite. There is only one floor above this unit - the view
is fantastic. It is the best place to watch ships go by or catch a vibrant
sunset.
This ocean view Waikiki rental unit is tiled throughout - clean and sanitary.
Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room.
Kitchen includes refrigerator, range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and
other kitchen wares. This kitchen was remodeled and has updated cabinets and
granite countertops.

Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki
Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the
famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing
ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring
Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining
options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal
Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around
the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring
Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,
soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The

to avoid disruption to your vacation, it's possible you will be moved into a
different condo that is less impacted by the project. Renovations will be
complete in June 2021
