With 5 cozy bedrooms and ample gathering spaces, it’s perfect for groups attending weddings or special events. This 5 bedroom cape with updated kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and 3 full bathrooms, feels like the home you'd always dreamed of having. Within walking distance to downtown, central air, new spacious deck overlooking large backyard for kids to play, firepit, large dining table and personal touches throughout, you may never want to leave. The first floor offers 2 bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen and living room. Find the primary with ensuite and 2 more bedrooms and full bath on the second floor. The finished basement offers a huge tv and couch with plenty of space to spread out and relax or challenge loved ones to some foos ball!
Guests will have access to all parts of the house other than the locked storage room and office. Guests will also be able to utilize the heated garage but are asked to refrain from using any items in the garage including sporting equipment, bikes, tools, etc.
Our co-hosts, Lara and Marc are a text away from answering any questions or helping with any issues.

Nice home with well supplied kitchen and updated interior. Comfortable overall. There even was a garage in which to park! Well kept home and yard. Owner very responsive and attentive. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hosts and a beautiful property! We were in town for our son's wedding and were able to stay together with extended family and life long friends. From 80 year old Grandpa to the 2 year old son of the best man, everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. Had several family dinners at the house where all could be together with the happy couple! Great place to make memories!

This home was a great location for our family gathering to celebrate our college graduate. We were able to have three generations together - Grandmother, Mother and Daughter - along with other family for five total staying at the house very comfortably. Plus plenty of space for a nice social gathering of the friends and parents of other graduating seniors. The back deck and back yard are peaceful and beautiful. The only thing my wife wished for was a broom to be able to tidy up especially after meals. The hosts are responsive and helpful and they made the process easy. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone having a son or daughter graduating from UNH.

The house was beautiful, clean and cozy! It was in a quiet neighborhood and it was only a short drive to anywhere we wanted to be. It had more than enough room for the seven adults and one child. The amenities were above and beyond! This home had many rolls of toilet paper for the three bathrooms. It had body wash, shampoo and cream rinse. There were paper towels in the kitchen and the kitchen itself was very well supplied. Another wonderful amenity was being able to park our cars in the three car garage in a very cold and snowy December. We wanted for nothing! The host was also very responsive and did so very quickly. It truly was a pleasure to stay at this VRBO. I highly recommend this place.
