Kanu guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire island. The all-inclusive rate includes all transfers to and from the Belize International Airport, all accommodations, all meals prepared by your personal chef, all local beverage, including local beer and spirits, personal concierge services, personal boat captain to take your fishing and snorkeling around the island, on-site massages, housekeeping, Internet/Wifi, unlimited use of kayaks, paddle boards, catamaran, snorkeling gear and all other sporting equipment.
Kanu’s massive thatch roofed central palapa is flanked by a large swimming pool and sun loungers. Housing a communal kitchen, bar, and large living and dining areas to bring everyone together. The soothing design palette incorporates coral stone and reclaimed wood, complemented with accent shades of the sea and sun.
The real star of Kanu is the dazzling ocean, visible at every turn. The underwater sights are equally impressive, thanks to fish-filled coral heads just offshore. A 20-minute boat ride transports visitors to the Belize Barrier Reef for an even more expansive look at the region’s famous aquatic ecosystem.
Kanu is a certified Gold Standard Property by the Belize Tourism Board and managed by a highly respected company that manages four exclusive private island and numerous luxury waterfront villas in Placencia.
Effective July 14th 2022, the Government of Belize has decided to remove all public health measures at the points of entry in Belize. Belize Travel Insurance is now optional for entry. Proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test is no longer required upon arrival and for entry into Belize.
