About this villa rental
Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming, single-storey, air-conditioned house in the village of Corbara, featuring sea views and a swimming pool. It has a floor area of 240 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 39 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, five bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 39 m² living room with a TV, sofa…
- A dining area where you can gather round a good meal
- A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: features a queen-size bed (160×200), with a sea view, en-suite shower room and toilet
- Bedroom 2: features two single beds with a sea view, en-suite shower room and toilet
- Bedroom 3: features a queen-size bed (160×200), with a shower room and WC
Annexe:
- Bedroom 4: features two single beds, with a shower room and toilet
- Bedroom 5: features a queen-size bed (160×200), with a shower room and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) measuring 8x3.5m, open from April to the end of October (weather permitting in October); the pool is enclosed by gates without security locks.
- Outdoor gym equipment
- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 1,000 m²
- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Corbara, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
- Visits to Île Rousse and the Balagne region
- Several hiking trails
- A variety of beaches to visit
- Various water sports (jet-skis, boats, etc.)
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s garage and private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest airport: Calvi Airport, 25 minutes away, and Bastia Airport, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by car
Other notes:
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is fitted with external security cameras (facing the street).
