The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The hot tub was clean and hot. The kitchen had a great selection of pots, pans and cooking utensils that made meal preparation easy. Awesome views of the city, mountains and ski area. Well situated for grocery stores and restaurants.

The place was great for an extended summer vacation. Trails nearby, able to walk to restaurants, able to bike to Winter Park Mountain, great location, clean, etc. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy and well-thought-out, and in a great location—close to everything we needed but still peaceful. One of the highlights was the kitchen—super well-equipped, including a generous selection of seasonings and free coffee, which was a lovely touch. We also really enjoyed the hot tub—perfect for relaxing while taking in the beautiful view with Byers Peak.!
