About this apartment rental
The apartment is equipped with everything necessary to live there for a few days or months: underfloor heating in all rooms, video intercom, terrazzo flooring in the bathroom and solid wood parquet flooring in all other areas, kitchen, bedroom, storage room (tiled), Terrace with a small green area. Everything is very high quality and modern equipped. Location is very quiet and only 20m walking distance from the vineyards!
The apartment is located at ground level with a separate entrance in a new building after presentation of Art Nouveau. The house is located on the outskirts of Heilbronn on a traffic-calmed turning plate directly on the nature reserve. The vineyards are within walking distance and only a stone's throw away. The area has a high recreational value and invites you to stroll through the vineyards or to stop off at the brooms, which is located only 300m from the house in the vineyards. Despite the very quiet and relaxing location you are in 5 minutes in the city center and in 15 minutes at the Bundesgartenschau grounds. A bus stop are located within walking distance (5 minutes). Also within walking distance are 2 bakeries, 1 pharmacy, various doctors, 2 hairdressers, a newsagent and an excellent Italian restaurant. Various supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity.
