This brand-new 3BR retreat offers a relaxing Corpus Christi vacation. Positioned perfectly between shops, sights, and the beach, practically everything is no more than 10 minutes away. 3 Smart TVs showing ESPN+, Disney+, and Hulu! Keep your cars in fully fenced driveway and your pups in the large grassy yard.

HOUSE RULES
Kindly note that failure to follow house rules will be considered a violation of your rental agreement and may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund. You may also incur additional fees and costs.
Help us be good neighbors and hosts! When you decide to stay with us, please keep these requirements in mind:
- The booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.
- Parties, events, gatherings, or celebrations of any kind are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. We need time to prepare the home for our next guests and appreciate your prompt departure before or at 11:00 AM on the day of check-out.
- This home is non-smoking, including inside the home and any interior structures. There is a minimum $1,200 per day cleaning charge for smoking inside the home, plus any cost for smoke mitigation.
- Pet fee is $100 for up to 2 dogs. No exceptions.
- You agree to leave the property as you found it as far as furniture placement, inside and out, putting any games and amenities back where you found them, and picking up after your pets.
- Guest understands that if Guest does not follow the house rules or causes damage to the property, we can incur significant expense beyond the typical repair cost due to the nature of our business. These costs, plus a 20% management fee, will be charged to Guest, and Guest agrees to pay these charges.

This host really thought of everything. Extremely clean, functional, cheerful decor. Drawers and shelves were labeled— LOVE that! Pretty much everything in the Corpus area is 20 min away from everything else and that's try case with this house. Is it in a fancy neighborhood? Nope. But it's safe and clean enough and very accessible. GREAT family stay.. or in our case, our work "family!"

The home was great, appears to be freshly redone. My only draw mention is its not very walk friendly.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and needed a place that would accommodate 3 adults and 1 child and this was perfect. It was quiet and spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. Our only note - as stated in the description - was that the neighborhood is still evolving. There were some loose dogs so I didn't feel totally comfortable going for my morning walk. But the house itself was a delight.
