About this apartment rental
The Burungos Place at Britney Tower IV is a brand new luxury apartment where you can live the modern Santo Domingo vibe and experience an elegant property in the heart of the city. It is a cozy and vibrant 1 bedroom apartment designed to relax with access to all main venues in the city. The apartment is located at walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, banks, shopping centers and a lot more. Enjoy the spectacular rooftop social area, terrace, fully equipped gym and kids playground.
The space
The apartment is fully furnished and includes all amenities. High speed Wi-Fi (40 Mbps), A/C in the bedroom and living room, washer and dryer, smart tv, desk for laptop use, kitchen appliances and cookware. You will feel right at home.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a modern, luxury apartment building with 10 floors. Includes access to our rooftop terrace featuring large pool, gym, lounge area, bbq and kids' playground.
It is located within walking distance of most of the places you would need while on vacation in Santo Domingo: banks, ATMs, parks, pharmacies, labs, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shopping malls. Located 5 minutes from a private clinic, near the best plastic surgery clinics and doctors' offices. Free underground parking, 1 space, with hotel-style lobby.

Building is located in a main street with 24 hour doorman presence, security cameras and electric gate for private parking. Apartment is configured for self check-in and check-out to minimize touchpoints.
Other things to note
First, go to the lobby reception and show I.D. to the personnel on duty. Then take the elevator to the 5th floor and complete self check in via the lock box.
COVID 19: Face masks must be worn at all times in the common areas of the apartment building, but not in the pool or gym.
ONLY the number of registered guests in the reservation will be allowed to enter the building/apartment and use the rooftop terrace, gym, and pool.

So I'm going to give you the pros and cons of this place.
Pros: communication with host was great very responsive, the beds were okay, enjoy the hot water in the shower, the neighborhood feel safe to walk around any time of day or night, enjoy the pool and gym area, the location was great it was close by many grocery stores and restaurants and a couple of parks all in walking distance from the apartment loved that.
Cons: my only issue with the place was to our surprise the place was left very dirty, and that was one of the reasons I chose this place because I was counting on it to be clean like the reviews had said, so as far as the apartment being clean we found that to be a lie on the reviews, and I'm big on cleanliness because for me cleanliness is next to godliness, especially if the kitchen and bathrooms is not clean I can't handle it, I think the mode on the bedroom wall messed with my asthma, had to sleep in the living room, the couch they had in the living room it was old and I noticed it was lean a little bit to one side because it was missing one leg somebody had put a plastic cinder block under under the couch for the missing leg to support it which we thought was pretty ghetto,
Anyway overall the apartment itself is not bad it just needs a little TLC, my opinion if they do a better cleaning job and get a better couch I would entertain the idea of staying again if not I would move on, please fix these things this place deserves it as well as your clients.
