Incredible suite recently re modeled ideal for one or two guests, with a queen bed, black out curtains, smart tv with Netflix and high speed wifi a full and private bathroom and access to the shared roof garden access
Located on the third floor of the apartment complex, you may expect silence peace and quiet, while maintaining a close distance to all Restaruants, Bars, Cafes and Art Galeries.

Our suite has 24 square meters, with a full private bathroom, its ideal for long term stays.
Guest Access:
Your suite is 100% private, and you may use the shared amenities beeing the loundry room and roof garden.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the art of the iconic colonia Condesa you may find the best restaurants, bars, cafes and art galeries at a walking distance.
Our apartment complex its located in the quieter part of condesa you may expect silence and a great night sleep.
Getting Around:
We do recommend moving by foot, bike, scooter or uber the distances usualy are short because of our centric location
Other Things to Note:
We have a minisplit airconditioner and high speed wifi

I will be available remotly if you need me

Don’t hesitate to book it. You’ll be surrounded by coffee shops and the beautiful tree lined streets the second you head out. Thank you to the friendliest representative who let me store my luggage till 5:30PM in the secured cabinets even though my check-out was at 11:00.
I’ll book again for sure.
