BEACH FRONT WITH ELEVATOR!!
This spacious 3600 Sq. Ft. 5 Bedroom / 6 bath Tuscan style Villa sits on the emerald waters of the Gulf in Navarre Beach, FL.
An indoor elevator is a must when staying at the beach. Not only is it convenient for your luggage and groceries but it's a nice amenity for older folks who may not be comfortable climbing stairs. This Townhome has 5 Master Bedrooms - all having their own private ensuite bath. Two of them are Grand Master Suites overlooking the Gulf with private walk-in showers and whirlpool tubs. The 4th floor Grand Master Suite has a private soaking tub overlooking the Gulf. Each Grand Master Suite has its own private balcony with spectacular views of the white sand and emerald water. The other 3 master bedrooms have a queen bed and their own private full bath with beautiful tiled walk-in showers and great views of the sound. Every bedroom and bath offers a spa like experience that includes luxurious bedding & linens. The large deck with seating for 12 is perfect for overlooking the tranquil views of the gulf while dining in. There's a private boardwalk to the white sands and turquoise water that await you. Each floor has its own air conditioning, furnace and hot water heater. The elevator provides easy access to each floor from the ground level to the 4th floor. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The living room and Grand Master Suites also have DVD players. There's WiFi and free long-distance phone access via land line throughout the house including the elevator.
The kitchen has state of the art appliances for your culinary preparations. Lots of counter space with an over-sized granite covered island that houses a beverage chiller for extra drinks and the island doubles as a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. The main floor is open concept and offers a spacious living room with plenty of seating while looking out at the panoramic views of the Gulf. Travertine floors and high end furnishings are throughout the house. Dolphins and manta rays can be seen from the decks and inside the living room in the mornings and evenings. There are two outdoor showers that allow you to rinse off after spending the day enjoying the beautiful beach.

The property was in a great location and the views from the balconies were beautiful. Every room had a private bath. The rooms were beautiful.

The property was beautiful and very spacious with high ceilings. There are 4 floors, but there's an elevator in addition to the wide stairs. We loved the beachfront view of the ocean on all 3 floors - wide balconies. Our host Tammie was very responsive with all my questions before the trip. They have everything for the beach in the garage, so no need to bring those items. Restaurants in Navarre and Pensacola beach are convenient and had excellent seafoods. Beach was very quiet & peaceful, not crowded although there are public accesses along that main road. Perfect location with 1 of the larger property on that beach.

We LOVE this place! We have stayed here for years, and it never disappoints! I highly recommend Tuscany! This place is extremely clean, and the host always makes sure you stay is wonderful!

We always have the best time in Navarre. We love staying at Tammy Lowes beach house. This is our home away from home. The price is good and the house is awesome!!
