This delightful abode is expertly designed to accommodate up to seven guests across three spacious bedrooms, providing an ideal getaway for families or a group of friends.
This spacious and well laid out family home offers everything the gorgeous beach retreat of Venus Bay has to offer. One of the closest houses to patrolled beach no 1 making it just a short stroll to one of Victoria's most pristine beaches set in the renowned Cape Liptrap National park. Venus Bay offers bush and beach get away at its best.
The property basks in a tranquil setting, overlooking the pristine Venus Bay. Cool off in the summer breeze, enjoy a BBQ on the large deck, or simply relax in the comfort of indoors in the beautifully designed living space blessed with an indoor fireplace. A vast array of amenities is at your disposal, including a full kitchen furnished with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and stove, enabling the most delightful home-cooked meals.
The sleeping arrangements consist of three well-appointed bedrooms featuring carefully chosen decor for that touch of luxury. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, plush bedding, and plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploration. This astounding layout comes complete with two pristine bathrooms with hot water and a bathtub, ensuring all guests have ample space to refresh and rejuvenate.
Outside, the charming patio provides the perfect space to enjoy the lush views and relax with your morning coffee. The backyard offers ample opportunity for fun family games or a peaceful retreat with a good book. This property also allows pets, making it the perfect destination for four-legged friends to come along for the adventure.
The house itself offers 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which have queen beds and the others are configured with bunk beds to suit most families. The house has 2 family zones one is set up as a game rooms with TV, Pool Table and xBox systems and split system air-conditioner. For a tech-free time there are puzzles and games to while away the hours. The other large family room with a large and inviting wood burner for cozying up on those more chilly nights opens onto a large deck. The deck is undercover & has a large outdoor table and has a BBQ and of course, with gates to keep both kids and your pet safe on the deck. There are 2 bathrooms, both with toilets, which offers convenience to families that stay.
For those who like to explore, Evergreen's prime location provides the perfect base for adventures. It is just a short walk from a variety of local attractions and pristine beaches. You can take a day trip to Jupiter Boulevard, which is famous for its vibrant markets, delicious local cuisine, and unique boutiques.
The kitchen is set up for great cook ups and has all of the expected modern conveniences. We Arrived on a Friday night to celebrate a 60th birthday with friends, the place was very warm and inviting. It was very clean and spacious, it also didn't take long to heat up with the split-air system, and getting the log fire going was a breeze as all accessories to do this are supplied.The house its self is quite large, and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent. I should also mention that there are plenty of games in the house should the weather turn bad, along with wifi and a large dvd selection if you just wish to spend the night in on the couch Note! All the bedrooms had heating which was good to know as it can get cold in the mornings.As for the location, it was within walking distance to No.1 beach and to the local pub / restaurants, takeaway joints along with the ice cream parlour. And was an easy drive to everything else that Venus Bay had to offer.We enjoyed the stay very much and although ours was just a short stay, I could easily see us spending longer there.

Relaxed, warm, a short walk to the village, an up and over the sand dunes to the beach, wood fire and a pool table, perfect chill out spot for a family get together.
