About this apartment rental
AMAZING LOCATION; 15 minutes from WPB Airport. No Car Needed on the the island.
One Bedroom King Bed condo-hotel unit, about 390 square foot with a private bathroom in a beautiful Spanish colonial style building built in 1926 as a 300 + unit hotel. You will have the unit to yourself. Fresh linens, towels, coffee machine and K-Cups, we even have beach chairs and umbrella. There is a Publix market across the street with all of the food and drink you may want for your stay at the beach.
The apartment is equipped;
-King bed
-Freshly made bed with sheets, blankets and pillows
-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow drier
-Fresh towels; Please note, we are a vacation rental. We supply two sets of Fresh towels per stay, additional towels can be supplied at additional charge through my cleaning company. It requires at lease a one day notification. Charges vary depending on quantity. There is coin operated laundry room in the building if you need to do laundry.
-Keurig coffee machine with coffee and supplies
-Breakfast bar with microwave, dishes, cups and flatware
-Mini Fridge
-Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella
-Colorful beach towels
-HD Roku TV with Streaming
-Wifi in unit and throughout building
-AC and Dehumidifier that you control
-Iron and mini iron board
-Keyless entry to unit
All you need are your clothes. If you need supplies, just walk across the street to the Publix supermarket. They even have prepared foods and wine.

My husband and I loved Tom’s condo! Even tho some might consider it small, the use of space made it comfortable for the two of us. Every amenity you’d expect within the apartment, not to mention the wonderful amenities of the hotel. Friendly front desk staff and free valet parking (altho it’s nice to leave the guys a tip), even though there’s plenty of street parking overnight. And did I say how comfortable the extra large king size bed is?! Tom is a fabulous host too. We had one minor issue / question with the auto lock (our fopah) and he answered the phone right away. And also graciously extended our checkout for a much needed extra hour. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Tom. We will be back!

Great location, small but charming apartment

Just completed an 11 day stay. The unit is exactly like the photos. It is clean and definitely creates the beach vibe. While it does not have a full kitchen, it has everything you need to make simple meals. The Italian deli a half block away has amazing prepared meals. The grocery across the street covers everything else. A dozen restaurants/cafes within a few minutes walk. It is in a perfect position and the beach is a short stroll away. We will be back!
