About this house rental
Enjoy the west coast in St LEU (+ 300 days of sunshine/year) in a beautiful bright and warm house with a magnificent sea view and its private swimming pool at an altitude of 480 m (sensation guaranteed) 10 minutes from the Route des Tamarins in a typical rural area of the heights of Reunion Island, you will be fully immersed in the Creole culture! Change of scenery guaranteed!
Casa sea view - Destination St-Leu, is 15 minutes by car from the lagoon of St Leu and all amenities (restaurants, shopping center...)
It is a new house built by ourselves, with great care, we have fitted out the lower level of our old house. It is on one level with private access, completely fenced and secure.
It has 2 large bedrooms air-conditioned in summer, with dressing area, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet with natural opening.
And 1 independent space "the little nest" for 1 person with shower and toilet.
You will benefit from the following equipment: bed 180/200 - silent air conditioning - flat screen - Orange TV - microwave - dishwasher - oven - washing machine - fridge/freezer - Free Wifi (Fibre Orange) - barbecue - solar water heater - small fenced garden, private and secure parking.
Access to the property is shared with our other rental Le Chalet. However, each one benefits from its own parking space and above all its privacy.
