About this apartment rental
Have fun at this stylish setting. There is one bedroom, a large bathroom with tub, living room and kitchenette. Included is a futon which accommodates 2 smaller children or one adult. There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from Broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.

so nice we we immediately booked it twice! wonderful experience all around. Patrick and Karen are lovely, attentive hosts and the suite is exactly as described - cozy, charming and i will and comfy! spacious and private. excellent location and value. it suited our needs so perfectly, we booked a return visit before departed.

Our hosts were very, very welcoming and accommodating. The place is beautiful and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant stay. The location is a couple of miles out of Saratoga Springs in a quiet wooded area. Again, our hosts went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. We would definitely return.
