About this apartment rental

Perfect place to live/work or explore Lisbon. Strong Wifi! Nice area with shops, restaurants, walking distance to the main spots: Alfama, Castelo, Baixa. Yellow tram 28 stops nearby and flea market is down the street. Quiet, cozy, perfect to feel the city's soul. Parking nearby. Internet + international TV. This studio has 1 double bed (140x200) and a sofa bed (120x200), bathroom, equipped kitchen (nespresso machine too). On the 3rd floor of building. Nice view, no lift, steep stairs.

Only one small dish towel and no paper towels. A bit disappointed. Stairs are very steep and wouldn’t recommend for people as old as us. Neighbor’s dog yapped constantly.

This old town studio apartment is beautiful, located in an eclectic older neighborhood away from the crowds and traffic of central Lisbon. The hostess, Manuela, was easy to communicate with and very helpful in planning for my arrival and departure. The *only* negative for me was the stairs up to the apartment, which were very narrow and steep.

We enjoyed the studio apartment. Our host made it a very welcoming stay and is as lovely as described in listing. We learned the bus schedules and that helped a lot to avoid the steep climb from the Metro station below. Graca is a nice, friendly neighborhood that allowed us to engage with the packed Lisbon center area when we wanted to and relax at other times. We appreciated the coffee shop at end of street!
