About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 100 m² house in Bracquemont for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 30 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC.
First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200, non-separable mattress)
- Bedroom 2 (accessible from bedroom 3): one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: oil-free deep fryer, charcoal barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden, private and not enclosed
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
The house is ideally located in Bracquemont, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Dieppe 10 km away (about 15 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Paris-Beauvais, 98 km (about 1 hour 35 minutes by car).
You will need a car to fully enjoy the region.
Other comments:
- Please note that two of the bedrooms (2 and 3) are en suite, offering direct access from one to the other.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Two coffee makers available: one filter coffee maker + one multifunction coffee maker (Senseo and Nespresso).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
For stays of more than 14 nights, a cleaning charge and replacement of sheets will be payable to the on-site manager.

🙂 Excellent holiday home in a country side with plenty of village animals around that kids would love. The house is equipped top class (gas bbq is excellent!), decorated so fantastically well.
