About this apartment rental
Located in a private residence with permanent caretaker, the apartment is on the first floor and is on 2 levels: living room, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, normal oven and microwave, 2 balconies, upstairs 1 double bedroom with sink and 1 triple bedroom , 1 bathroom with tub-shower, sink and washing machine, 1 separate toilet. Direct access to the beach. Private parking. Very quiet environment and large shared garden very suitable for families with children. .The town can be reached on foot (5 minutes).Pets not allowed. No smoking inside. Berth available in the residence's private marina at a cost of 180 euros per week. Linen not supplied, it can be rented on site at a cost of 75 euros per week. Nice peaceful apartment a stones throw from the sandy beach, would be ideal for children as the sea is shallow and sandy underfoot. The apartment is simple but has everything you need. Another fan would have been good as it was quite hot at night even with all the windows open to let the breeze through. There's a big leclerk supermarket about 5 minutes drive away towards Oletta, handy to stock up as there was no toilet paper or any salt/pepper etc in the apartment. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the gardens and marina and watching the daily boules contests. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again
