"Pompano Villa Nueva" is an exquisite vacation rental home boasting 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 8 beds plus a baby bed and camp bed, and a heated pool. Nestled in the exclusive, upscale area of Pompano along the Intracoastal Waterway, this 3,300 sq ft gem is within walking distance of the award-winning Pompano Beach and its recently improved beach pier.
Renowned as the "Little Palace" by our delighted guests, this property is ideal for sun and fun enthusiasts, offering a captivating blend of luxurious aesthetics and top-notch amenities. Its central location ensures easy access to a plethora of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options for all ages.
The interior of this vacation home is thoughtfully designed, featuring bright and spacious layouts across its 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings, marble floors, pillared archways, crown molding, and professional décor add a touch of drama and opulence. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, complemented by a separate formal dining room. The living room boasts comfortable seating and a large flatscreen TV, creating an inviting space for communal gatherings. High-speed WiFi/Internet is available throughout the villa.
The master bedroom, with its king-size bed, offers an expansive view of the outdoor tropical landscape. A baby bed and camp bed are also available. The master bathroom features a sit-down vanity, large tub, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet room. Two additional bedrooms house queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for younger guests with its two twin beds. Smart TVs/Roku sticks are provided in the master bedroom and the first two bedrooms.
The backyard is a private oasis, perfect for soaking in the South Florida sunshine. The heated pool and outdoor patio area with lounge chairs, dining space, a grill, and lush landscaping create a paradise-like atmosphere.

Once you have reserved this property online, we require the following:
1. The responsible party will sign a rental agreement, which includes filling out a list with names and age s of all occupants (this will be emailed to you).
2. The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their driver license or passport.
3. That you read, understand and accept the house rules.
HOUSE RULES:
No smoking or use of incense
No pets are allowed without prior consent from the owner
Garbage disposal unit in kitchen sink is only for small food residue when rinsing off plates. If bigger items go in garbage disposal, they will block it and must be removed manually. This means putting the hand down the garbage disposal and remove the food items that block the rotating parts
No balloons or glass in pool area
Fill pool with hose if below 1,5 inch of overflow gauge
No more than four cars parked by house or in neighbourhood area -city code
Pompano City outside noise roules applies: In single-family neighborhoods between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. the acceptable amount of noise can be described as the sound of a dishwasher in the next room. Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the acceptable amount of noise can be described as the sound of a refrigerator or quiet conversation."

I’m giving this VRBO top ratings because the house was beautiful and the owner was very prompt in solving some of the problems we initially had.The grounds of the house andthe pool were very nice. The owner had bikes in the garage and scooters and they were fun to use to get down to the beach and down to the stores in the area.The inside of the house is lovely but is tired meaning blinds need to be replaced carpet needs to be cleaned in the bath towels need to be updated and replaced. But if you’re looking for a large home to accommodate a family, we had seven of us staying in the house and had plenty of room and lots of fun playing games at the large dining room table. Then this is the place for you. We thank the owners for trusting us with the use of their home!

Kenneth,Your place was perfect for our group. My granddaughters( 3 & 6) adored their rooms and were so excited to show everyone their girly girly rooms. We had 3 sets of families, each with their own wing of privacy. The home was spacious and beautiful and the pool in the back provided hours of enjoyment. There were lots of goodies in the garage that came in handy for the girls enjoyment and taking to the beach. Everyone felt very comfortable in this nice neighborhood and it was only minutes away from where our wedding events took place.Thanks again for providing us with a great place for our families to enjoy.Mary Lu
