Summary:
"Guppy Love" is what we call this premier oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four comfortably. This condo boasts two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! This condo even has a walk-in shower! The beach access is literally right out the sliding glass door. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!
The Space:
Guppy Love is one of the newest and quirkiest condos in our Sea Gypspy family. It appears to have undergone some major renovations in the 1980s, making it perfect for long-term stays, and fun for two star-crossed guppy lovers.
No. 124 Guppy Love has many amenities that other condos lack. It has a dishwasher and two bathrooms with dual showerheads and floor lighting.
Guppy Love is the most handicap-friendly condo in the building, with a walk-in shower and seat, grab bars, and hardwood floors throughout. It is ground-level so no stairs are necessary. The oceanfront living area is also wide and open.
The access to the beach can't be beat. Right outside our big, 8-foot glass sliding door is a stairway to the beach. When you walk out onto the patio, you can look south and see the famous D River — the world's shortest — which runs adjacent to the Sea Gypsy. When you look north, you can see natural tide pools, which are just a short 10-minute walk up the beach. All Sea Gypsy guests have access to our indoor pool and a dry sauna.
Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.

There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.
The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Guppy Love is in a great location in Lincoln City plus being on ground level was nice. The condo had all the amenities needed for an extended stay.
There was some dirt on the floor when we checked in but I really think it’s because of the sliding door because everything else was very clean. The heart mirror on the ceiling was definitely good for a laugh!
Sydney in the front office is an absolute gem!! Any questions I had she knew the answer to. Always smiling and it was just nice to be in her presence.
I definitely recommend staying here. Everyone was friendly and being right by the beach access was perfect!

The condo was equipped with everything we needed to cook and dine in. The unit was outdated and could use some updating but the view was wonderful. It took us a while to figure out the heating system and there were wall heaters in the bedroom and living room. The living room heater hadn't been cleaned in a while and there were clumps of dust I removed just from the front of the heater. The recliner should be replaced as the vinyl came off in little pieces and stuck to my clothing and the carpet the chair sits on. This condo is priced very reasonably.

Furniture in need of some repairs. Lift chair right arm concerned that it might break off when adjusting in the chair. Kitchen table and chair were wobbly. Might just need screws tightened. But worried the chairs might give way inter a heavier person. Loved the walk-in shower. Looking forward to trying another room on our next visit.
