Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: Cameras are monitoring the outside of the home and the access points. These are turned off during guest stays.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a wonderful time! The location is excellent, the house was very clean, and when a smoke detector was chirping the management company came out on a Saturday morning to fix it.

The dishwasher wasn’t working it had a broken handle to open and wouldn’t close all the way so it never worked. I hand washed dishes but the properly didn’t have a dish drain or adequate dish towels. I was disappointed in the lack of response from the property manager.Beds were comfortable and otherwise the property was fine.
