Renovated home built in 1904 walkable to the best dining and shopping. Perfect location for UNG parents visiting their student. The home features three beautiful suites with easy check-in and parking right outside the door.

There are three suites in the house. The porch area is shared with the other suites. Please, make yourself at home. Enjoy a glass of wine on the porch with your suite neighbor.

Suite 2 features an open shower and vanity. Privacy is with a curtain. The seperate water closet is enclosed by a door. No kitchen or laundry on-site. Please remember that you’re staying in my suite, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

We had trouble with the Hester and coffee maker although the unit is adorable and well maintained.
