About this house rental
Beautiful house recently renovated with high standards of quality. It is located 150m from the beach, in the best area of Mitjorn beach where the water is turquoise, the fine sand, less density of people and the unforgettable sunset and, next to the mythical Pirate Bus
Located on a farm of 1500m of pines and junipers, there is a house consisting of a main house and an annex
The main house on the ground floor has a living-dining room (equipped with TV, stereo, DVD), independent kitchen (fully equipped: oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine ...), double bedroom with TV and separate bathroom. Upstairs: two double bedrooms (one with terrace) with separate bathroom.
Account with two wonderful porches between pine forests. One of them is 45 m where life takes place, with two differentiated areas: one for living and another for dining. The other with 20 meters dedicated to sitting and relaxing area to spend unforgettable evenings
The annex has two beds, bathroom and sofa-bed for two other person. It also has TV
All rooms have air conditioning

The house is at a top location at Formentera, near the beach and with spacious outdoor living areas for relaxing and eating for 8 people. Whenever you need the owner, there is quick and adequate response.
My only advise would be to mention in the text of the advert that the price is different when you come with more than 6 people. We planned less than 6 at first but then decided to invite extra friends (because the house is for 8 people). When asking for extra bed-linnen one week before arrival it became clear there where significant extra costs. Can easily be solved by mentioning this explicitly in the text.
Concluding we had a wonderfull time and would definately book this house again.

We had a wonderful stay at Can Arpa with a group of friends. The house is beautiful, inside and outside, design/style and quality is above average. We were very happy in this place and for the little issues we had we could always contact the owner who was very responsive and helpful! It is definitely a place where we want to return to! Thank you !!!

Loved our stay on Formentera. The Villa was in a great location to the beach and was very clean. The host was so helpful and sorted any questions we had during our stay. We will be back
